The story is clearly geared towards a younger audience, probably 13 y.o's, but as other reviewers have stated, that's not necessarily a bad thing. The writing is good and the gameplay is fun and enjoyable throughout. $20 is a bit steep, in my opinion, as the game is only about 12-15 hours long. Pick it up on a sale.. Interesting and well made adventure game with card-based combat. Works without issues on Linux. Would be possible to play whole game using only mouse if only ending turn early didn't require pressing Tab :(I'm guessing in order to progress the story player has to revisit past chapters since the difficulty increases faster than I was gaining experience\/better cards, making some battles at least challenging and at most impossible to win.When revisiting past chapters all scenes are repeated unnecessary also they're made of parts - so you can't skip whole scene with 1 click, you have to skip each part separately which is annoying.. Quite good game but the ending part is so tiring.. While I hate both JRPGs and Deck-building card games, I've absolutely loved this Deckbuilding JRPG. Well, it was ok. Take this as a tepid 'yes'. It's about 15 hours to go through it but the last third of the game involves a lot of reuse of assets and it felt like they really dragged the whole thing out a good five hours too long.
